The Marriott Comes to The Gallery

Here at the Sara Preisler gallery we are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been selected as one of only three businesses in the whole of Birmingham to be featured as part of Marriott International’s recommendations of the best things to do in Birmingham and the UK. This exciting opportunity includes being showcased by Marriott on their exclusive online platforms. To prepare for this the gallery welcomed a photoshoot opportunity from the marketing team at Marriott Hotels to come down and both film and photograph Sara at work producing her exclusive collections.
The photographers stopped by the gallery on their length and breadth tour of the UK in order to unearth the fine details of the design pieces on show in the gallery, whilst also learning more about the surrounding area of the gallery, the Custard Factory and Sara’s background and history.
Firstly, the photography team set about capturing Sara crafting one of her sculpted pieces of jewellery, which is done by carefully using different textures and materials at her workstation.
The photographers then shifted their attention to particular collections of work within the gallery. Collections such as Sara’s unique ‘Rome’ Collection, a series of pieces inspired by Italy and their classical heritage.
The photography team then ended the marketing session by shooting a promotional video which encapsulated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and customer service Sara provides showcasing how she not only creates her own jewellery and collections of work, but she also takes great pride in representing and selling other British artists’ work within the gallery.
