Ordering and Orders

Returns policy

We will offer a refund or an exchange on any purchase, for any reason, as long as this requested, in writing, within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned to the gallery in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note.

Postal and transit charges on returned merchandise will be at the customer’s expense. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund postal costs if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

Delivery options

We post all items by Royal Mail, Special Delivery, please allow up to three working days for dispatch.

Delivery costs

Each order will have a fixed post and packing charge.

This is £7.50 for the United Kingdom and items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

The charge for all other locations is £17.50 and all items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Payments

Payment options

Currently we only accept payments through PayPal if you wish to pay online.  Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment, as they do accept credit and debit card payments without the need for you to register.

If you do not wish to use PayPal you may still place an order online and arrange payment over the telephone.  All we ask that you tell us you would like to do so when placing the order (there is an option to leave a note for us when placing the order online) and that you contact us within 3 days to make the payment.

Why PayPal?

PayPal is a world-leader in processing online payments and is one of the most trusted payment gateways available.  You can be sure that any transactions carried out through PayPal are done so with the best security around.

By using PayPal you can also be assured that we have no access to any of your bank account details.  By using PayPal we have no need to store your bank details which therefore protects both yourself and us.

At the point you make a payment you will be accessing the PayPal site and not the sarapreislergallery site.  PayPal handle all of the monetary transactions and once you have made a payment they credit us with the cost.

Payment timescales

We ask that all orders are paid for within 3 days of them being placed.

Whilst we will try to fulfill any orders where payment does take longer we reserve the right to cancel the order and make the stock available to other customers.

You and your security

How secure is my personal information?

We take the security of your personal information and your privacy very seriously. You can be assured that we will not pass any of your personal details on to any third-party.  Please read our privacy policy for more details on what we do with any information you give us.

We do not hold any bank details for any customer, and do this by using the PayPal payment gateway for all payment transactions.  We have absolutely no wish to store any one’s banking details.  In this way we protect both you and ourselves.

Exhibitions

Can I exhibit in the gallery?

The Sara Preisler gallery is keen to promote and encourage the development of new work, be this from established designer/makers or the very latest new graduates.  If you wish to exhibit please contact us.
