Your creative input is really important to us, and taking the time to get to know you and what you want is essential in designing and making your dream piece of jewellery.
The initial consultation and discussion of design ideas is free of charge. This is when we can talk about different possibilities, your own ideas and the budget you may be working to. Once a final design has been agreed upon, a deposit of 50% will be asked for to secure your commission. I will then also confirm a timescale for the completion of your piece, as this can vary, depending upon the processes involved, but its usually between 3-10 weeks depending on factors such as public holidays etc.
Payment of the balance will be made upon on completion of your item, and you can choose to collect your jewellery from us or receive it securely, via post.
Appointments can be made via email and video-link as well as in person. Please allow 24 hours for appointment confirmation, appointments are usually held Thursday- Saturday 11 am – 4 pm
